Thank you for shopping with BeTABU365. Because our handcrafted bath, body, and personal-care products are prepared with care and cannot be restocked after delivery, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges for personal preferences, scent selections, or changes of mind, except where required by applicable law.
Items Damaged During Delivery
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. We will review your request and determine whether a replacement or exchange is appropriate.
Please email ContactUs@BeTABU365.com and include:
- Your name and order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Clear photographs of the original packaging
We are unable to process a damage-related replacement or exchange without photographs of the item and packaging.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within seven calendar days of delivery at ContactUs@BeTABU365.com. Include your order number and photographs of the item received so we can review the issue.
