Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. During holidays, special promotions, and other high-volume periods, processing may take 5–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s services.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays may affect transit times.
Tracking Your Order

Delayed, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows a delay or you believe your package may be missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking number provided in your shipment-confirmation email.

Please note that BeTABU365 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at ContactUs@BeTABU365.com. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you before the order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
